Vino Potable
Laura and Garret of Vino Potable met while working harvests in Catalunya Spain. Their hardwork, passion annd perserverance culminated in finding a wonderful old domain in the Itata Valley Chile with old vines and Pacific winds to keep those vines healthy. They are working with vines from 60 to 150 years old, vines that are ungrafted and pre-phylloxera. Muscat Of Alexandria and Pais are obvious mainstays but there is also Cinsault, Chenin and other exotic grapes. with a fresh outlook, great labels and a comitmment to low intervention wine making, Vino Potable is sure to make a big splash in the natural wine world!
